I am hearing PM Rama is trying to give to Greece a part of the Albanian sea; sea is territories as well and can’t have any agreement with Greece.

1. You need a referendum for this treaty.
2. You need and both parties to propose this agreement in front of European Commission and United Nations.
3. To have agreement of council security of United Nations

If This agreement is real and made by the Albanian PM Rama just started the third world war today.

If Greece by the way have been accepting this treaty without informing the 27 countries of European Commission and the United Nations Security Council, they are in obligation by jurisprudence to make a treaty with turkey for the gas sourcing and de facto just as well of Albanian PM Rama started the third world war.

Basically, through the article 2 of the Albanian constitution the people can take back the control of the government and call army and police forces to stop the entire government for betrayal against the nation.
